I’m working on some art journal pages this weekend [something that I do NOT usually do] and thought that I would video tape my progress to share it with you.
I’m not one who journals, BUT since I’m attending ArtJournal Fest in October I’m going to give it a whirl. Hopefully something interesting will develop [or not] and maybe it will send me down a new and interesting path for my personal artwork. I’m looking forward to creating some fun backgrounds with spray paint, acrylic paint and collage materials, then leaving areas open for my words. Truth be told that background / collage development part holds the most interest for me since it’s something I already do! Journaling, not so much. Maybe something profound will happen and I’ll fall in love with the process! We’ll see…
