I love, love, love this new show! The characters are developing nicely and we’re starting to really get into interesting storylines… Crazy wives who pretend they are pregnant, a cheerleader who IS preggers, girls who crush on boys, boys who crush on girls, a hilarious gay character, insane teachers with serious mood swing issues, a germophobe [...] I was lucky enough to have a great art workshop with Karen Michel this past week and below is some of the fruit from my class experience. These new botanical collage art pieces will [...] I just signed up for this art project: The SketchBook Project I read about it on MaryAnn Moss’ blog and looked into it… Basically thousands of sketchbooks will/are assembled into a virtual and travelling exhibition, uniting artists in a common project. Sounds cool huh? It sounded fun and ‘doable’ enough for me to sign up. ROO is one of the premier 2010 Winter [...] Had my first Landscape Photography ‘field trip’ this past Saturday and the weather was perfecto! We went trail hiking through one of Vancouver’s environmental treasures – Pacific Spirit Park on the UBC Endowment Lands.
